Our week together in Bali will offer you the perfect environment to refocus on what is calling you — your purpose, your perfect path, your dharma — so that you can move forward with renewed vigor into growth and service to others. Days will be structured around guided group meditations, vinyasa and hatha yoga classes, delicious and clean plant-based meals, and opportunities for free exploration of nature, both outside and within.

Henry and Veronica will offer a guided meditation, vinyasa yoga class, and hatha yoga class each day. We encourage you to attend and contribute to the collective energy whenever possible, but nothing is required. All classes are optional.
Meditations may consist of various techniques, including pranayama (energy direction through breath), mantra japa (vibrational repetitions), kriyas (dynamic purification exercises), and svadhyaya (personal reflection and journaling).
Vinyasa classes will be energizing and rigorous, with an emphasis on stillness of focus, breath, full range of motion through the spine, and bandhas (energetic locks to create stability, awareness, and lightness in the body).
Hatha classes will be slower and more restorative in nature, with a focus on pratyahara, or sensory inversion to draw attention inward. These classes are designed to unwind the tension developed through intense effort and prepare the body for deep rest, through yoga nidra.
Mornings will begin in sacred silence — no speaking, non-verbal communication, or electronics — to cultivate clarity of mind and conservation of energy. We will remain in silence from awakening through breakfast, meditation, and the first yoga class. We will then break the silence for lunch and the rest of the afternoon and evening. Phones will not be permitted in the shala during the yoga classes to honor the practice and safe space, but you are welcome to use them, take videos and photos, etc. during free time.

Clean and Nourishing Food
A clean and wholesome diet can not only support your practice, but also be considered an aspect of your practice, itself. On this retreat, you will enjoy three vegan meals per day to fuel your body, minimize blockages of mind and energy, and of course delight your senses!
Naya’s chef and kitchen staff are proud stewards of the local cuisine and will provide a wonderful array of Balinese, Japanese, and international cuisine — all 100% plant based and refined sugar free.
You will also have unlimited access to Kopi Bali (coffee), tea, and filtered water.
Menus will vary by day, but a sample menu might include:
Breakfast: fresh green juice, granola with dairy-free yoghurt, Balinese banana pancakes with homemade coconut palm syrup
Lunch: gado gado (a traditional Balinese dish of boiled vegetables with tofu, tempeh, and rice cakes in peanut sauce), Balinese green bean and coconut salad, roasted eggplant with sambal, red rice, fresh fruit
Dinner: green salad, pumpkin ginger soup, gluten-free pasta with fresh pesto, crunchy croquettes stuffed with potato-carrot-onion filling, black rice pudding with pandan and coconut milk
